Restelli Guanti in Pole Position at the Coppa d’Oro delle Dolomiti 2024

The Coppa d’Oro delle Dolomiti, the third event in the 2024 Campionato Italiano Grandi Eventi, is about to begin, and Restelli Guanti is in pole position. The event will take place in Cortina d’Ampezzo from July 18 to 21, organized by the Belluno Automobile Club in collaboration with the Automobile Club of Italy and the ACI Storico Club.

The prologue kicks off in Cortina d’Ampezzo on July 18 (42 km), with the start line on Corso Italia at 6 PM. The first stage on July 19 covers 273 km through the Dolomites of Alto Adige to Lake Caldaro. The second stage on July 20 spans 210 km among the peaks of the Belluno Dolomites. In total, the route covers 526 km, with 90 timed trials and 8 average speed tests.

Here is our crew: participating in their first official event, two close friends born in ’83, Marco Rosati (driver) and Alessandro Ricciotti (navigator). Both are avid enthusiasts of the classic car world and its rich history and will be wearing our driving gloves while racing. They work at their architecture firms in Ascoli Piceno and Montalto delle Marche. Equipped with a drone, an action cam, and a GoPro, they will document every detail of this race. With their reports, we will share the emotions of driving in a unique landscape with you through our social media and web channels.

Marco and Alessandro will participate in a Lancia Beta Montecarlo featuring our logo. This is the first series coupe from 1978, with fewer than 3,000 units produced in this specific configuration. A truly rare vehicle, it’s a trending topic among collectors and enthusiasts. The Lancia Rally 037, an evolution of the Beta Montecarlo, is featured in the film “Race for Glory: Audi vs. Lancia,” starring Daniel Brühl and Riccardo Scamarcio, which tells the true story of the 1983 World Rally Championship.
